July 25th and I go to Apple’s APP store. I click to buy the new OS and do I get it? No. What I get is this message, “The product distribution file could not be verified. It may be damaged or was not signed.”
WOW! I searched on the Internet for other people having this problem and found folks from all over the world that were unable to buy and download the new OS. I downloaded several free apps and they worked fine. Made me wonder even more.
Now I wondered about things like, “who’s product distribution file” is broken?” I mean mine or Apple’s. Why can’t it be verified? Is their some corrupt files on my Mac I don’t know about? I mean this really makes sense; the file is either damaged or you know, just not signed. Do I sign for it?
The Mac is supposed to be the computer for the rest of us so I guess I will wait until Apple gets their fix in place so I can really buy this product.
