I usually don’t talk about the “how” I get this writing done and I find a lot of people don’t want to know. It spooks them out. They ought to be me for a day. Screen plays are methodical. Novels are organic. I’m really hooked. It’s a lot harder to write prose but it takes you to such fun places it is well worth the ride.

And many more. I will list all books, websites etc when I get finished up. It’s so funny, people think you just sit down and make things up but beyond these books I’ve used all kinds of maps and references for local areas. It never seems to end.

Personally I find this part to be really fun. I’m curious and love to learn.

I ask for a bit more indulgence. Those who have offered to read the initial draft, it is very close. I do know how this part ends but there is a lot of pieces I forgot along the way and I keep plugging then in.

I could still use a few more readers. You will get a rough copy of the bock bound, signed and numbered by me. Read it and MARK IT UP. No grammar or spelling corrections just content. Once I have all remarks coded I will return to you for your enjoyment.

Being a filmmaker I love being trashed so I can think more clearly. No ego here.

Then a first official revision will be made and used with a book proposal so I can find a publisher. I’d love to do a special edition through someone like http://www.subterraneanpress.com/ if possible then located a larger publisher for a wider distribution.

I’ve done all this with films and have been release by, LIONSGATE, Imagination, The Lifetime Channel and on and on. So I’m not arrogant just motivated.

In other words to prove that there is no God I can’t just proclaim it as fact then build a reality on that, no, I have to ridicule the Bible to discredit its message. Jesus made it very clear that it is all based on an act of faith. I need no proof that their isn’t a God all I have to do is look at the world I live in. The lack of forgiveness, the absence of real love, the embracing of self destructive activities along with AIDS and abject world poverty proves my point for me.

Well, maybe not. I mean AIDS has become an epidemic because we made it one. Poverty in the world is there because we allow it. Many feel taking from the rich is justified because of this but that’s just being a thief. Remember the old saying, “I can give a man a fish and he will eat today but teach a man to fish he will eat for a lifetime.”

Some feel that the void is a natural state and it is humanity who has the need to fill it. So we make up our stories to plug the holes, explain things we don’t understand when in fact we need not do any of that. Space will fill of its own accord the same way a system will fall apart if left alone. Bodies decay, neighborhoods fall apart and are torn up by crime, an NFL team becomes ineffective.

A large segment of society ridicules the notion that what the Bible says is literal and 100% how things happened and how we must act, yet an atheist will pick apart detail in the Bible as if it must be literal to prove their atheism. Why is that?

As people we spend a lot of time yelling about the fact religion is bogus. Hey, why don’t atheists just believe what ever it is they want to believe and let the rest of us except the Word for what we think it is. I’m just saying…

In The Region Were Madness Dwells

This story just won’t end. Sorry about the delay to those who offered to be my readers for this story. I keep getting to the end and as I’m about there something happens that opens up the next part of the story. I’m use to writing movies that work out in 3 acts and you are working to an ending that can’t take more that 90 minutes to reach.

This story becomes more complex as it goes. I’m fascinated.  Here is a bit of a tease…

Robin looked out the dingy little window of her bedroom.  A poor and most would say, useless human being.  Not much of a future.  She refused the drugging and whoring route.  No porn, exotic dancing or peep shows.  No.  She was clean and going to stay that way.  What hope that left her she didn’t know.  She just knew she was now tangled back up with a place and time and with people that folks in her world weren’t even supposed to know existed.  It was the truth lurking in the shadows waiting for it’s time.      

Station said, “Robin, now is the time.  All time is caught between the darkness and the wonder.  We have to keep fighting until the wonder overwhelms us.”

Robin said, “What if the wonder isn’t something I want?”

 “A bit late for that my friend.”  Station lied back down in the bed and pulled Robin to her.  “For now anyway, we can have that simple love we were denied before.  Then wait for Sloan and all hell to break lose.”
